Lettings Manager

We are working with a lettings agency in the Winchester area who are looking for a Lettings Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for a small team and be tasked to get the best out of your colleagues and grow the business in line with company objectives. Responsibilities will include; Being the main Lettings lister for the company; winning new business Managing performance of a small team to ensure maximum efficiency Ensuring legislation is adhered to and you are kept up to date with any changes Overseeing the property management of a portfolio of properties Making sure of a high level of customer service to landlords, tenants and applicants. The successful applicant will have; Held a previous role as a Lettings Manager or a highly experience & successful lettings lister. Proven ability to win new business with solid lettings valuations experience Experience of supervising/managing a team Good knowledge of lettings legislation A proactive and target driven approach You will be working Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays on a rota.
