Overview
Picton West is currently working with a very successful and well regards Lettings agency and together we are recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator/Consultant, this role is not your typical lettings negotiator role as the role will predominately be office based. The role of the Lettings consultant is: To manage the applicants Booking in viewings Gain viewing feedback Follow up leads and enquires Book in market appraisals Manage tenant and landlord relationships The ideal candidate will have worked in Property previously or have a strong desire to work in this field, the ideal candidate for the Lettings consultant role will also: Hold a drivers licence - desired but not essential Be a fantastic communicator Be proactive Be well presented Understand the full lettings cycle Keen to work in a Sales environment The role is Monday to Friday and every other Saturday up until 1pm. Salary is made of competitive basic and strong OTE - exact salary is DOE but up to 25k.
