Graduate Recruitment Consultant Salary - 22-24k, OTE 42K (Basic of 30k after 1 year) Location - Bank Sector - Life Sciences 'We are a small boutique firm of specialist permanent and contract recruiters operating at an executive level within the commercial pharmaceutical and life sciences sector. With global clients comes global travel, our teams take business trips to places such as Basel, Boston, Brussels, Budapest, Chicago, Copenhagen, Dubai, Munich, Philadelphia, Oslo and more.’ A day in your new job: - Manage relationships with key clients, often meeting where possible. - Provide a shortlist of executive candidates for each job role through personally interviewing. - Proactively search and entice high profile individuals through LinkedIn, job postings and referrals. - Prospect and engage with senior decision makers in the life sciences sector. Think GSK and Pfizer - Contribute and help create a collaborative culture, built on integrity and work ethic. Rewards and incentives: - Competitive basic salary plus uncapped commission - Commission structure up to 40% of personal billings, current top performers are billing 20-40k a month. Taking home 10-15k commission. - Aspirational incentive trips. Last year all who qualified were sent on an all-expenses paid trip to Las Vegas. We don’t expect you to have any prior knowledge about our sector, we can provide the best platform and training for you to become an expert.
