The company undertakes in-depth research on new products and services and uses results to forecast what the buying public would like to see in terms of the look & feel of products. The company aims to de-risk decisions for their clients, based on their good outstanding research and business intelligence. This helps customers stay ahead of the competition and helps brands grow. The Role (this role is Account management and relationship management position) ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain and grow a client portfolio by identifying opportunities and selling the company products. Using your relationship skills and knowledge of the product and service, a smooth onboarding process for all new clients. Make sure your clients are fully benefiting from the product/service. Train key clients through training presentations ensuring the value and benefit is thoroughly understood. Resolve client issues and proactively follow up with them to ensure their satisfaction. Prepare client report on a weekly basis. Gather and effectively communicate client feedback, suggestions and ideas to appropriate internal constituents. Become an expert in your market, develop key relationships. Grow revenue from your customers by upselling and cross-selling. Requirements Fluent in German Proven experience developing key accounts Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strategically and commercially minded A keen interest in fashion and luxury
