Overview
A Small High Street Retailer is looking for a Assistant Store Manager to join their team in Sidmouth This business supplies their customer with a variety of products from clothing to Home-ware products. This business prides itself on giving their team a sense of belonging and feeling valued within the business. This is a fun environment to be in and an opportunity to be recognised for your successes. As the Assistant Store Manager you will report to the Store Manager and Area Manager and really get behind driving your store and team to meet sales and KPI targets and have the ability to act as Store Manager in the absence of your Store Manager. You will have recent, relevant retail experience as a Manager leading a team and bring your knowledge to positively impact your sales and KPI’s. You will need to be hands on and have a "can do" attitude to every requirement of the role. Salary- £17,500 - £19,000
