The home was praised by Adult Social Care for having “a culture where the provision of consistent, high quality, compassionate care is at the heart of its operation. It is clear that the staff and management are committed to providing individualised care and treating people with dignity and respect". The home has recently been refurbished and purposefully redesigned throughout in order to provide an excellent level of person-centred care for people needing residential care.
