Account Manager / Business Development Manager Central London £25,000 basic £50,000 OTE Monday to Friday The client: Our client is an award winning Technology company in the Property industry who are growing quickly. They are now looking for a key member of the team to aid this growth and build on the current good foundations. Objective of the Position: This role combines Account Management and ongoing Business Development with existing clients to ensure a smooth on-boarding process with users and clients that have already taken up our services. There will be elements of 'hand holding’ and client relationship management. Duties and Responsibilities: Reporting to the Senior Account Manager Ongoing Account Management programme for estate agents and solicitors On-boarding of new users and clients by use of our training academy and webinars Some System/ Tech support where clients require Collect feedback from users and report back on current and future user requirements to continually improve and adapt our platform and service Driving sales performance to up sell the product where possible Some Sales Progression at a higher level, ensuring a smooth transaction for all Experience: Property/ Estate agency experience desirable Conveyancing knowledge desirable Experience in delivering customer user training desirable Proven experience of managing accounts and reinforcing the benefits of the product to retain business Hands-on experience with web-based estate agency software systems would be beneficial Personal Qualities and Attributes: The ability to manage a diverse workload Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with people at all levels are essential Strong organisational and planning skills Self-confidence and the ability to perform to achieve personal objectives and KPIs
