Overview

Do you have at least one years’ experience in Sales or Telemarketing with a proven sales track record of success? Or, are you a car driver with office based sales experience looking to get out an about more visiting customers? Dynamic Wokingham based organisation need a driven, motivated sales person COMPANY CAR AND FUEL CARD OR HMRC MILEAGE ALLOWANCE IF YOU HAVE OWN VEHICLE YOU WISH TO USE As part of the Sales team you will be responsible for driving the business as the business continues to expand. After training in Wokingham, you will be located in the Wokingham head office for 2-3 days per week and out in the field visiting customer along the M4 corridoor (from Reading to Bristol) for the other days The Role 2-3 days telemarketing and prospecting for new business from the Wokingham office Using various methods to target businesses and their key contacts, including online tools such as LinkedIn Book a minimum of 6 qualified appointments per week in the allocated geographic areas Travel to the prospective customer sites to attend appointments, survey buildings and provide quotes for daily services Responsible for price negotiations and objection handling Create and maintain new business relationships and manage the sale through to close. Skills and Knowledge Required Good communication skills Strong desire to succeed A minimum of 12 months sales or telemarketing experience Self-motivation Drive and tenacity Excellent prospecting skills Valid UK driver’s license Benefits Achievable OTE of £40,000 Mileage allowance Mobile phone Laptop or iPad Up to 25 days annual leave NEST pension scheme Hours Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm Salary Up to £25,000 per annum with uncapped commission - achievable OTE of £40,000
