RAISINI, a 20 Year old global Creative, Entertainment & Marketing Agency and Dubai's 1st House Record Label, is launching a Lifestyle Membership App Havn [Heaven] disrupting the Lifestyle industry, and make life a lot easier for individuals saving them TIME & MONEY. We’re looking for a positive, energetic, ambitious a Business Development Manager with strong experience and connections in the F&B, Hotels, Restaurants, Bars industry, working in a similar role in the UK. We’re looking for someone who shares our passion for growth to help step up our App launch, working closely with the Founders. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end deal processes: strategy, sourcing, analysis, negotiation, and implementation, with significant autonomy and support the same activities for complex deals Develop and manage necessary business relationships internally and externally at the project team level Bring your analytical A-game: building business models, performing analysis to understand trends, provide actionable insights, and track productivity and success of initiatives to ensure we’re driving toward the best possible outcome Drive initiatives across our business teams to grow strategic and long term opportunities with our various partners. This involves wearing many hats and jumping in to help your teammates when the needs arise. Restaurant/Bar/Cafe/Hotel Sourcing: Use networking skills and relationships to get the city's best restaurants/bars/cafe's/hotels interested in Havn.​ ​Help​ ​acquire​ ​buzzworthy​ ​partners,​ ​whose​ ​presence​ ​on​ ​the​ ​platform​ ​will​ ​accelerate​ ​growth.   Negotiations and Deal Making: ​Establish a strong working partnership grounded on sustainable economics for both​ ​parties.  CRM Integration: ​Manage communications with  partners through CRM (Salesforce.com)​ ​and​ ​engagement​ ​tools​ ​(Groove).   Stakeholder Management: ​Responsible for managing relations with both global and national chains under tight​ ​deadlines.   Account Management: Monitor account performance. Gather and present key data and suggest reactions to forecasts.  Map and target restaurants/bars/cafe's/ in a very methodical and organised fashion Communicate (physical visits, email, calls, social media) with restaurants to demonstrate Havn technology Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones. Attend restaurant and food conferences Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events. Developing quotes and proposals for clients. Qualifications / Experience Have strong 3 years experience in the Hospitality, Lifestyle Industry with contacts of Restaurants, Bars, Cafe's, Hotels in the UK.  Preferably someone who has worked in a similar industry and has a network of people within these industries. Be an independent self-starter. The role will require someone who can manage their own time and effectively plan their day to day activities and be strategic to complete tasks.
