Overview
We’re looking for someone who wants to bring a game-changing solution to an industry ripe for reinvention and help us connect with those who can use our platform to change the way we build. This is a high-energy, new sales development role with a focus on finding new potential customers across the UK and European region. You will contribute to Disperse hyper-growth by helping to acquire new clients. We are looking for driven professionals who are willing to strongly contribute and ready to work in a fast build & learn environment. You will gain experience interacting with prospective clients of all levels and in an industry ready for transformation. In this role, you will: Research prospective customers, create outreach strategies, and identify sales opportunities Create and prioritize strategic target account lists Connect and conduct first-class exploratory conversations with potential customers Conduct needs qualification calls with specific prospects Work closely and collaboratively with Account Executives to develop and implement appropriate prospecting strategies and help fill their sales pipeline Achieve monthly quotas of qualified new business opportunities Have an opportunity to grow the BDR role/function/team Requirements You should apply if: Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative or in a B2B sales capacity (min. 1 year) Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including calling) Track record of achieving sales/BDR quotas Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) Understanding of sales performance metrics You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills You’re organised and methodical with a keen attention to detail You can think yourself deep into the mind of others to understand and address their key interests and challenges You’re a highly motivated ‘self-starter’ with professional persistence. You have an excellent track record of academic achievement and being a team player: down to earth and willing to do what it takes for the team to succeed. You’re eligible to work in the UK as no visa sponsorship is available for this position. In addition, it is useful but not essential, if you have: Previous experience in a startup environment. Experience/knowledge of the construction industry French or German language is a plus.
