Job Title: Media Sales Executive Salary: £19,000 - £25,000 basic (dependent on experience) plus OTE £10,000 commission Location: Hertford Job type: Permanent Working Hours: Monday - Friday 40 hours per week What you’ll be doing… Communicating at all levels and building rapport Calling warm and cold leads with confidence Keeping motivated to work towards targets Developing new/bespoke initiatives and identifying opportunities Be self-motivated and passionate about delivering exceptional results Retain and grow our existing clients to give them the best possible experience Conduct face to face meetings with new and existing clients to pitch ideas and build relationships Attend industry relevant events to promote and represent our brands About you… Varied sales experience essential Fantastic business acumen and commercial awareness Excellent relationship management Professionalism, persistence and confidence when using the phone Team player but able to work on own initiative Well motivated with the ability to motivate others Organised and time efficient Excellent written and communication skills Social, outgoing and able to thrive in a sales environment A positive attitude coupled with the drive and enthusiasm to exceed Should you be short listed for this position, a member of the Smart10 team will be in touch with you in the next five working days.
