The role: Expect to be on the phone ALOT (if you are a chatterbox and aren’t afraid of dialling out this is perfect for you) Face to face meetings, this involves meeting clients and candidates and even at times attending networking events and conferences Sourcing candidates (this isn’t wizardry, but looking and searching for people to put forwards for job roles you have on) using sites like Linkedin and job boards Managing the interview process, helping your candidates get interviews and then acting as a the middle person between your client and candidate Negotiation and sales, closing those deals The ideal person for this role: 2:1 Degree Sales and cold-calling experience / Market Researcher / Market Interviewer /Fundraising / Insurance Sales / Telesales / Door to Door sales / Car Sales / Estate Agency Sporting background - football, rugby, netball, athletics, the lot Super competitive, oh yes you need that winning attitude for this Money motivated - we aren’t just talking enough to pay the bills, we want those who aim for BIG BUCKS Pay and the other fancy bits 22-25k basic, 40k OTE year 1, 60-70k OTE year 2, 100k OTE year 3 Two holiday incentives a year - trips to Marbella, NYC, Ibiza etc Discounted gym memberships Work phone and laptop Early Friday finishes In summer 2016 I was looking for a well-paid job in London after graduating in acting, I had no idea what I wanted to do.
