We're working with a fast-growing, award winning Welsh start-up insurance broker based in Cardiff Bay and they're looking for highly motivated sales professionals to join them as they go through an ongoing period of growth Are you self-motivated with a proven track record in exceeding sales targets? Are you a confident sales negotiator, familiar in making high volume outbound calls? We'd love to hear from you if you're an experienced sales professional and are looking to make the move into a mature, self-managed desk as a Sales Consultant in Cardiff Bay. All of the leads you receive are warm So customers will be ready to hear all about the products and services you can offer and are ready to be converted from enquiry to policy. We want to hear from you for the position of a Sales Consultant if: You have a consultative approach to sales. This isn't a pushy or forceful sales role Your experience can clearly demonstrate that you have worked in a sales based environment where exceeding KPI's comes naturally You're a natural salesperson, not afraid to pick up the phone and use your sales expertise You'll be motivated, self-aware and willing to continuously develop and progress You'd love to work on a desk that you can self-manage, within a professional sales environment You can keep up to date with market knowledge, the insurance industry and products You have previous experience as a Sales Executive or a similar role Day to day as a Sales Consultant: Make high volume outbound calls to prospective, warm customers who are looking to hear about the products and services Fully understanding the products in great detail, able to handle objections and manage customer expectations Being first to market when discussing insurance products and policies Maximising new and existing business opportunities and prospects through effective sales technique Effectively matching customer needs, wants and demands with suitable solutions Closing sales Please apply for the Sales Consultant vacancy in Cardiff Bay if: You are able to work 37.5hrs per week on a flexible basis You can commit to shifts: Normal business hours are between 9am - 8pm Mon-Thurs, 9am - 5.30pm Friday. Occasional Saturday work between 10am - 2pm You are keen on earning a basic salary between £18,000 - £22,000 and a realistic OTE between £45k - £60k As the client is regulated by the FCA we are unable to take applications from anyone with a history of bankruptcy, IVAs or CCJs Benefits for a Sales Consultant: Full ongoing training will be provided, as well as support from existing sales team and high performers Great location with excellent transport links.
