Overview

Application Support Manager Location: London Salary: Up to £50,000 bonuses One of Britain's largest and oldest wines and spirits merchant is currently recruiting for an Application Support Manager to lead a small team of application support analysts and to provide core business applications support to the entire organisation. Key responsibilities Providing 1st / 2nd line support for all IT core business applications, including recording the nature of the issues, investigating and resolving where possible Escalating urgent issues that require more in-depth knowledge to appropriate resources within the Company or externally Escalating urgent issues that require more in-depth knowledge to appropriate resources within the Company or externally Working closely with users to understand their challenges and IT issues daily and making recommendations for application improvements Key Skills Fully computer literate with experience of with SAP, S4hana, Success Factors and Hybris Management responsibility of leading a small team Ability to work under pressure Extensive experience of Application support, particularly in a retail environment Highly flexible with the ability to adapt If this sounds like you get in touch with Elias Ofosu at Sanderson recruitment on 0207-469-0973 or email
