Overview

We are working on behalf of our well established client in Edinburgh, who are looking to add an experienced recruiter with managerial experience to their hugely successful team. Our client is a well-known specialist within the white collar construction market, with offices across the UK and an established client base. The role Managing a medium sized team of dedicated consultants, leading from the front to ensure targets are met. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for motivating people to succeed, pushing for development by identifying and remedying training and performance needs. Our ideal candidate will be a strong biller who is able to effectively coordinate team management and the day-to-day running of a successful 360 desk. Our ideal candidate 2-4 years’ experience minimum including previous managerial experience 360 recruitment experience essential - proven business development and client liaison capabilities Personable, polished and professional Social awareness and dynamic working approach Consistent professional record and strong billing history Demonstrable knowledge of the white collar recruitment market Job benefits? Quarterly target incentives: bonus, days off work, breakfasts and short days, Michelin star meals and cocktails Annual bonus: 4% over all billings in a package at end of year Consultant of the month, based on work ethic not on billings Ad hoc incentives throughout the year Annual overseas trips i.e. Portugal for 3 days Top biller’s clubs: 3 top billers and a wild card from Admin/Resourcer divisions 4-day week and remote working when billing on target
