Role Responsibilities As a Graduate Trainee in sales and business management, you will: Gain essential experience around the company in various departments with progression to field sales after initial training period (which will come with a company car) Receive product, skill and industry sales training Complete a fully funded accredited sales qualification Be mentored by an experienced manager Progress to an Area Sales Manager/ Business Development Management role within the business, after gaining in-depth product and electrical industry knowledge Build rapport with key clients and suppliers Establish new relationships and maximise the profitability of your B2B clients Requirements To be successful in this Graduate Trainee role, you should be: A well-presented, business-minded graduate An excellent communicator Ambitious, driven and self-motivated Able to build strong relationships With this business, your development is limited only by your own ambition .
