Overview
An incredible opportunity has arisen to join a Premium/lux Fashion brand in Ashford. I am recruiting as a Store Manager for the brands outlet store. -You must be an experienced Store Manager with a proven track record. - You must possess experience of and enthusiasm for working in high-end retail. -You will have accountability for the day to day operational issues and for achieving sales and P&L targets for your store. -You will take ownership for recruiting, training and managing the team. - You will lead, manage and develop others, as you will need to be able to deliver excellent customer service and demonstrate exemplary management skills. - You will be able to demonstrate a good commercial awareness. You will be flexible and adaptable in your approach to work, but will also be tenacious, hardworking and reliable. In addition, you will be a confident communicator with excellent organisational and problem solving skills with an above reproach attitude.
