Overview
Supervisor AREAS of RESPONSIBILITIES and RELATED ACTIVITIES PEOPLE MANAGEMENT · Create an engaging and positive working environment following the Sunglass Hut experience · Coach associates to consistently deliver effective selling behaviours resulting in high customer engagement · Address associate concerns in a reasonable and fair manner consistent with the Company values PUTTING CUSTOMERS FIRST · Support the Store Manager to create memorable customer service experiences · Maintain inspiring visual merchandising in store as per guidelines · Deliver excellent customer service and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism · DELIVER GREAT RESULTS · Achieve high levels of sales performance and results · Ensure all operating policies and procedures are followed at the highest level to include merchandising and store presentation, timely and accurate implementation of approved marketing initiatives · Play a key part in asset protection training and reporting · Ensure accurate operation of the POS system and account for all transactions (cash, credit, returns) · Open and close the store according to established guidelines This is not an exhaustive list of duties and you may be requested to perform any other duties deemed reasonable by your line manager Network of interaction: INTERNAL (Eg.
