Position: Trainee Recruitment Consultant Salary: £20k Commission: £30k OTE 1st year £70k OTE 2nd year £100k OTE 3rd year Our client are a national player with an excellent reputation across the London financial recruitment sector. As a trainee recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for handling new and existing clients, whilst sourcing candidates to fill vacancies. Working a fast paced, professional environment your role will include: Headhunting candidates through LinkedIn and sourcing for live vacancies via an extensive database, referrals and job adverts. Interviewing prospective candidates Business develop - contacting new clients and introducing your service To be successful in your application you will: Be motivated and ambitious. Ideally be a Graduate Have strong communication skills. Have a sales or customer service background Be a 'high-achiever’ either personally or professionally.
