ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE LONDON BRIDGE BASIC SALARY £32,000 PLUS COMMISSION MONDAY-FRIDAY- 9am-5pm DESCRIPTION The role of Account Executive in Internal Sales is an exciting one building relationships with potential and/or existing customers for our portal and property services partners. The role is a varied one and needs the individual to become master of conversing with independent estate agency businesses, understanding and fulfilling their marketing and service needs. In summary the role offers the individual the opportunity to grow our market share and revenues by using their initiative in line with our shared business values, which are being: ·Passionate - Taking pride in our work and vision ·Agile - Moving fast and in a focused fashion ·Collaborative - Supporting each other as one team ·Entrepreneurial - Being creative and owning it Key Responsibilities: There are 3 key areas of responsibility: 1.Proactive outbound calling to present our proposition as well as dealing with incoming calls and queries - and ensuring the highest conversion of inbound leads (if applicable - certain roles only) 2.Ensuring that every customer sees the value in all of our services, and extends the range of products purchased as well as dealing with customers who are at risk of cancelling 3.Agility to work with the business to quickly and effectively deliver on project assignments - this could include (but is not limited to) appointment making, generating referrals / sales on specialist product offerings.
