If you can relate to the above, look no further as I may have the perfect opportunity for you The role: Entry-level Recruitment Consultant Salary: £22k-£25k basic uncapped commission Year 1: £35k OTE Year 2: £50k OTE Year 3: £75k OTE The role of an Entry-level Recruitment Consultant: It is completely realistic to earn at least £35k in your first 12 months in recruitment, this doesn’t come easy though.
