You’re selling a candidate to a client and visa versa. How do you get clients? Business development (aka cold calling) How do you candidates? Writing ads, headhunting, referrals. How do you get a deal and make commission? Match making a candidate and a client. Why would you want to become a Trainee Recruitment Consultant ? Earn between £35-40K in your first year.
