Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join a leading health/ leisure company as a membership consultant If you love talking to new people and have an interest in the fitness industry, this company allow you to use your initiative and work how you feel best. They are a huge company with 190 branches over the country; however you will be working in a smaller office, with 2 other membership consultants and with constant support with 2 managers. Your responsibilities: To follow the companies sales and aftersales process at all times To manage your own sales KPI's and ensure that you keep over any agreed target. To manage and maintain your customer data base. To continuously action the administration of prospecting process on MRM Other tasks reasonably requested by the Sales Manager/contract sales manager / General Manager Your Skills/ Experience You could have previous experience working as a membership consultant in another gym Proven track record of achieving sales targets in another industry A natural passion for sales and a competitive streak Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills Ability to work under pressure Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good interpersonal skills A flexible team player who can demonstrate a can-do attitude and the ability to use initiative Benefits to you Salary of £18,000 Uncapped commission - OTE £24k 28 days holiday including BH Hours between 9am and 8pm Monday to Friday. 1 in 3 weekends Free Parking Free membership for yourself and family Use of all leisure facilities Discounted retail products/ cafe etc. Extensive Training Progression available If you think that this is the role for you, please click apply today Randstad Business Support acts as an employment business when supplying temporary staff and as an employment agency when introducing candidates for permanent employment with a client.
