Overview
Are you a driven and professional individual, with a successful track record in meeting and exceeding targets, looking for an exciting new opportunity within a renowned Estate Agency? Current experience within residential lettings is essential, success in property listing is also ideal. Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 6:30pm, Friday and Saturday 8:30am - 5:30pm £18,000 to £20,000 per annum basic salary (dependent on experience) OTE circa £50,000 to £60,000 per annum, plus generous car allowance Senior Lettings Negotiator, Estate Agent South East London Duties include: Growing the volume of new lettings business and income production to the branch Registering, qualifying and managing applicants Negotiating terms with Landlords Arranging and conducting viewing appointments Ensuring properties are relevant and appropriate for applicants needs Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of available properties being marketed in branch and throughout network Implement effective canvassing and marketing strategies Our clients require: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills Ability to prioritise busy workload High attention to detail and good problem-solving skills Motivated and tenacious nature Excellent customer service skills Knowledge of the current residential lettings market Full UK driving licence and own vehicle One of London and Kent's most successful and ambitious property companies.
