Package: Base Salary c. £70-80K, OTE £150K (uncapped) Location: Commutable of South West London Office An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a successful Software Sales professional, who is experienced at selling Software Solutions to Enterprise sized accounts, both in the UK & Internationally, to join this growing company with a view to progressing into their first Sales Directorship position. My client is an international supplier of facilities, property and workplace management software solutions, which are sold to FM service providers, blue chip and public sector organisations. A Microsoft Gold Partner business, they employ 150 staff across a number of countries and are a wholly owned subsidiary of a larger international IT company. Reporting to the CEO, this is a senior sales management role, responsible for creating, developing and closing new business and account management sales at a strategic level in key-targeted accounts or with industry partners. You will be responsible for ensuring all commercial relationships maximise product and service potential, achieving revenue, profitability and growth in line with sales targets across international markets and for creating and maintaining a robust sales pipeline with predictable success. International travel is a requirement of this role (envisaged frequency, every other month). To be considered for this position, you will need to be an experienced, ambitious Software Sales professional who can demonstrate a proven track record of developing new business sales into enterprise sized accounts. You will have prior International Sales experience ideally within the EMEA region, be able to personally lead from the front, and have the desire to progress your career to Sales Director level. We are open to the sector & solution that you are currently operating in & selling, with the probable exception of Financial / Banking Sector (applicants showing predominately this experience are unlikely to be favoured). Furthermore, we are looking for someone with the drive and determination to progress their career into a Sales Director role (applicants who have already reached this level, again are very unlikely to be favoured).
