Overview
Sales Manager required to join a leading independent insurance broker to head up the new business team In this role you be responsible for driving new business revenue for the new business team. You will seek out new business opportunities from commercial clients, as well as providing management support for the sales team to help drive and improve sales performance. You will ideally have previous sales experience within the insurance sector and have strong organisational skills. You will be able to lead by example and promote best practice to the team, whilst being able to engage effectively with people at all levels.
