Role: Sales Assistant Location: Dartford Contract: Permanent, Part-Time (minimum of 15 hours a week) Initial Base Salary: 9.50 per hour (salary reviewed after 6 months) + Bonus + Staff Discount + Training & Career Development This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work in an exciting, and rapidly growing industry. We are officially the " fastest growing Scottish private business" , and 24th in " Sunday Times Top 100 companies to work for" We are looking to expand our team, and hire a Sales Assistant with key-holder responsibilities to join our Dartford store Ideally you will have previous retail and face-to-face sales experience, and will display high levels of customer service. Key Responsibilities will include: * Deliver great face-to-face customer service * Work towards, and exceed sales targets and KPIs * Ensure stock levels are maintained and monitored * Motivate, mentor, and develop your team * Develop branch sales * Drive in-store business * Deliver regular reports to area managers * Utilise your good IT skills and experience using Microsoft Office, emails and electronic tills We can provide you with the tools and help to earn a healthy bonus on-top of your base salary, as well as great career progression opportunities and on-the-job training . As well as a 25-50% discount on products in store, and 28 days holiday per year. Applicants must be 18 years old or older.
