Overview
Position: Lettings Negotiator Package: £18k plus uncapped commission Company Car (over 21 years Old) Location: Manchester City Centre Due to growth and company success, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Negotiator to join a market leading Estate Agency on a permanent basis in Manchester. In return the client will offer a lucrative Salary and commission package, up to 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and the use of a company car. As a Lettings Negotiator you will be working as part of a fast paced lettings team and you will be responsible for: Arranging property viewings Negotiating with Landlords and Tenants Listening to potential tenants requirements and selling the best suited property Liaising with customers to answer any queries they have and developing long lasting relationships with your landlords. Registering applicants and ensuring all required documentation is obtained As a Lettings Negotiator you will have the following skill set: Previous Lettings experience working in a targeted environment Solid IT skills and be technology savvy Strong written and verbal communication skills Full UK driving license Recent experience in valuations would be highly advantageous This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced or aspiring Lettings Negotiator to join a well-established Lettings with unrivalled career progression and uncapped commission.
