Business Development Manager £30,000 - £35,000 - OTE £60,000, Uncapped Commission London Get Recruited are recruiting on behalf of an International Digital Video publishing business based in London who are seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team. We are seeking highly ambitious and motivated individuals that are looking for their big break and eager to join a growing business with significant growth potential. As a Business Development Manager, you will be supporting our clients fast-growing International operation and helping to expand our Global client portfolio THE ROLE Being able to research potential prospects Overseeing the execution of the full sales lifecycle; from prospecting and approaching CEO's and Directors of Blue Chip organisations, through to negotiation and closing the deal Working towards daily and weekly KPIS Being able to think of your feet and be creative in your sales approach Having a collaborative approach to different departments within the business YOU: 3-5 Years B2B Sales Experience: ideally within exhibitions, sponsorship, recruitment or publishing. Confident phone manner - can easily build rapport and longstanding relationships. The ability to effectively communicate to C-suite/ VP level executives Being able to work towards daily and weekly KPIs A pro-active, tenacious working attitude.
