Overview
Our client is one of the UK's largest independently family owned agencies. They cover multiple sectors and are currently looking to invest in their Education Division. They have a small education team in London and are looking for a senior to join, with a view to eventually taking over and running the division. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Education recruiter to truly take their career to the next level. Our client is offering a guaranteed increase on your current basic salary, commissions up to 25% of billings, car allowance or company car. If you are worried about losing out on your current commission pipeline then our client will also look to compensate you with a guaranteed commission for the first 3 to 6 months while you build your new pipeline.
