Overview
Residential Development Director, East London, Competitive Base Pension, Life Assurance & Bonus An established independent multi-disciplinary property consultancy is seeking a Development Director to grow the residential division based out of the East London offices. Joining a team of 3 you will be responsible for driving new business. The Residential Development Director will lead the land agency division on both acquisitions and sales. The wider division already works with a wide range of clients on strategic residential advisory and need someone to spearhead the transactional side. The suitable candidate will:- Have a proven track record in business development with an existing network of residential developers and land owners.
