Overview

National Account Manager Our client is a highly dynamic, forward thinking business in the consumer Electrical Goods sector (MDAs - Major Domestic Appliances, Microwaves and Floorcare.) They are experts in sourcing and supply solutions for the UK’s leading retailers, deliver first class service, and this has all been achieved by a very hands-on management style and complete focus on driving the business forward. To contribute to their continued growth, the business is now recruiting National Account Manager to join their Sales Team. The Job Reporting to the Sales Director, the National Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with your designated retail accounts with full budget and P&L accountability. Accounts will be allocated based on your experience. Customers range from Online Retailers, Highstreet Retailers and Supermarket accounts You will also be responsible for identifying and maximising all sales opportunities, implementing the businesses strategy and provide detailed sales vs budget reports and analysis, along with having management responsibilities. What we need from you? The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience managing National Retail Accounts (i.e. Argos / Sainsburys / John Lewis / AO / DSG / Amazon etc.). Experience gained from the Electrical Goods industry is highly desirable. You will be highly commercial and demonstrate the ability to build rapport effectively at all levels, whilst being committed to continuous improvement.
