Property / Estate Manager (Block Management) Permanent Tyne & Wear £29,000 - £33,000 Your new company Hays are delighted to be working with a well-established regional organisation to recruit an experienced Property Manager to join their Block and Estates Team. As Property Manager you will be reporting into the department's Director and will be a part of a busy and collaborative-working office. Your new role Your role as Property Manager will be to be responsible for the organisation's Estates and Block Management portfolio. You will be responsible for the management of apartment blocks, communal areas (including outside space and landscaping), service charge management, Section 20 actions, budgets, insurance claims and some project management of repairs and maintenance works. The buildings that you are responsible for vary in size / capacity from a handful of units to up to 200 units in 1 building. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role you will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in Block Management and also have knowledge and experience with Section 20. You will also be a customer-orientated and organised individual with the ability to multi-task. You will ideally hold formal IRPM / ARPM - but this is not essential. You will also be required to hold a Full UK Driving License.
