Mortgage and Protection Consultant £25,000 - £30,000 plus Car Allowance and Uncapped Commission Our client is a reputable Mortgage Consultancy with and recognised as a leading Mortgage and Protections service provider. The company offers a diverse mix of whole of market financial services and mortgage products. They are interested in bringing on talented, experienced and target driven Mortgage and Protection Adviser with proven track record that can help the on-going growth strategy for the business. The successful applicant will be handling and advising high net worth clients on products and delivering outstanding consultative advice at all times. You will become an influential decision maker on the further development of the business. Therefore, you will be expected to deliver first class customer service in order to develop the client portfolio through internal leads via the estate agency network. A flair for developing your own pipeline will be beneficial but not essential. You will mainly be handed existing client leads and given the opportunity to cross sell and fast track your profitability and earning potential. My client is offering a highly lucrative earning structure which allows you to influence and take charge of your own annual income. You will be joining a great team and will be provided with every support to develop a long term successful career within the business. Applicants must be fully CeMAP qualified and ideally have a minimum of 2 years’ experience. Skills required: Highly motivated self-starter Mortgage / Protection experience Residential Mortgages Ability to deliver on supplied leads but also build own client/lead database Excellent telephone manner Experience in Financial services IT software Able to provide evidence of previous sales success Ability to work independently and on own initiative Full UK license and own vehicle
