Overview
We are looking for recent graduates or college leavers with an interest in recruitment, to join an established team and contribute to the growth of Construction division. After initial training, this role focuses on working with pre-existing clients and focusing on attracting high-quality candidates for their permanent positions. With a very good base of clients, this is a great opportunity for a hard working graduate who wants a financially rewarding role whilst getting some excellent all round business skills. Key Duties: To match high quality candidates against each and every client vacancy, ensuring the correct process is adhered to, meeting candidate and client expectations and liaising with the senior consultant at all times. Prioritise workload and take day to day direction from the senior consultant and recruitment manager. Be able to work on several vacancies per day ensuring a high placement success rate. Be responsible for the candidate management process, including candidate registration, ensuring all statutory documentation is returned and filed for every candidate, booking interviews, organising contracts and the upkeep of the candidate database. To utilise social media and professional networking sites together with a very comprehensive and modern candidate CRM to attract the very best candidates for the positions. Updating the client and candidate database, updating and entering client and candidate details accurately and consistently and in accordance with the company policy. To advertise relevant vacancies on job boards, company website, LinkedIn etc - ensuring maximum exposure. Furthermore, to be responsible for keeping the company website and associated job boards up to date at all times. This is not a cold sales environment, its client relationship based and focused on providing a consistently high-level service to corporate clients.work in very nice offices with some great people and it's a great place for a business or technical graduate to learn and develop.
