About us At our Bristol Street Motors Ford Cheltenham, we are looking for a New & Used Car Sales Executive to join our brilliant team at our busy site This is one of Vertu’s busiest sites and due to continued success, we are expanding our current settled and friendly sales team. Our staff are knowledgeable and always happy to help customers delivering a seamless experience about the cars we work with, and we are always on hand to provide help and lend expertise for anything our customer needs. About the Role You will be required to assist customers through the purchase of their vehicle from viewing and test drive to finance options and delivery. Informing the customer on finance, insurance and accessory products, naturally building a rapport with customers to help identify their needs. You will be providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and generating new customers through prospecting. About You For this role, it would be beneficial that you either have previous car sales experience or come from a retail/customer service background. However, this is not essential as we will be providing the successful candidate with full training. You will also need to have a Full UK Driving License to be considered for this role. If your application is successful, we will need to complete employment checks prior to you starting with us. For this role, these can include us verifying your recent employment, address and credit history. We may also conduct a criminal record check and a driving licence check.
