Internal Sales Executive Up to £21K a very attractive bonus Cheltenham We are working with a well-established, UK leading company who are looking for an Internal Sales Executive to join them. The successful Sales Executive will be joining an award-winning business based in Gloucestershire. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is currently working as a Sales Executive or has a sales background and is looking to progress their career. Working on a wide portfolio of products for both new and existing clients, as well as managing enquiries, this is an excellent opportunity for a hard-working and driven individual. Responsibilities: Manage client enquiries, from initial contact to fully understanding their requirements Discuss designs, product specifications, produce and submit quotations Build strong relationships and provide excellent customer service to encourage return custom To make effective and constant use of the internal CRM system in order to track and develop opportunities effectively Develop new business opportunities Identify opportunities within the existing client database for increased business Explore opportunities from previous enquiries that have not generated business to date Ensure all cross-selling opportunities are maximized across the individual company departments Skills/ Experience: Confident communicator - written and spoken with an eye for detail and desire to 'get it right first time' Target driven, tenacious and ambitious Work to the highest standard always Highly organized and self-motivated Excellent MS Office / IT skills Able to develop solid relationships the customers and colleagues GB Sales is your specialist in Sales and Customer Service recruitment.
