Lettings Negotiator - Birmingham City Centre - up to £20k basic plus commission and parking This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly desirable brand based in the heart of the City Centre. My client is a well regarded, independent Lettings and Estate Agency who pride themselves on delivering an unrivalled and exceptional level of customer service to all their clients. My client is seeking a professional, passionate and experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their vibrant team where your responsibilities will include: Lettings Negotiator Duties: ·Dealing with incoming Enquiries ·Arranging and conducting Viewings ·Taking Applications ·Maintaining regular contact with all Landlords and tenants, making them aware of any new suitable properties. Lettings Negotiator Skills : ·Previous Lettings Experience desired ·Well Presented and Well Spoken ·Excellent communication skills ·Full UK driving license and car ·Exceptional customer service skills Working hours 9-5 Monday-Wednesday Thursday 9-7 Friday 9-5 One in three Saturdays 10 - 5
