Your new role Due to significant growth in the market we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Kingston Upon Thames, Surrey. We work with a really broad section of industries including; Private Equity, Venture Capital, tech start-ups, fashion, media, logistics, travel and retail, as well as some of the best Universities in the country. This is a varied and exciting opportunity in one of Hays' flagship offices. Recruitment is a highly competitive and fast paced industry. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process while enjoy the challenge of building relationships with both clients and candidates. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates for our customers, working alongside experienced recruitment consultants who will guide you to becoming an expert Recruitment Consultant. What you'll need to succeed In order to become a successful Recruitment Consultant you will have a strong background in sales. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills. You will demonstrate resilience working in our fast paced and competitive environment. There are constant targets and KPI's to achieve so you will be an ambitious, driven individual who will not only meet their targets but push to exceed them.
