Are you an experienced SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR looking for a new and exciting challenge? Independent Estate Agency in Deptford are looking for a driven negotiator to join their team Basic up to £22,000 OTE circa £40,000 car allowance If you are currently a Lettings Negotiator or Senior Lettings Negotiator with valuation experience looking for the next step up the promotion ladder and are being held back where you are then look no further Duties will include: Telephoning customers with new properties that have come available Showing people around properties in the local area Meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the phone Matching customer needs for buying & selling of properties Enjoy generating appointments for viewings and valuations General administration duties with basic IT skills & data input Valuing/listing properties to let Full, clean driving licence & own car essential.
