Our client focuses on creating compliant and lucrative income and payroll structures for both organisations and HNW individuals. The company is based in the heart of Chelmsford city Centre with great transport links and only a short walk from the train station. Currently employing around 40 individuals, they are going from strength to strength and have an aggressive growth strategy in place for 2020 The Opportunity Off the back of an exciting new service launch, the Chelmsford office is looking to grow their sales and business development position by adding between 3-5 experienced sales professionals to it. As a sales executive you will be responsible for identifying key decision makers who are typically owners, directors, MD’s and senior level managers within recruitment organisations, end hirers and contractors. The role is office based however there is a clearly outlined progression path for top performers to move into a team leader, manager or field sales position. Your time in office will be spent targeting, contacting and developing relationships via telephone and e-mail with the view of converting leads from prospects to active clients. Required experience & responsibilities To be successful in this position you will need to possess or gain an in depth understanding of legislative and tax frameworks. Don’t worry if you have not done this exact role before, the client always provides 2-3 week's worth of in house training for all new team members. Sales ability however is essential You should feel comfortable working to key performance indicators and targets as this is a performance related role. Whilst there is no minimum experience needed to apply, applicants with 1 years plus of direct / outbound sales or business development will be prioritized. Naturally you will be self-motivated, personable, and resilient and possess second to none persuasion and negotiation skills. Any payroll, umbrella, legislation or tax efficient sales experience is extremely desirable and your application will be fast-tracked What’s in it for you?
