Our client is an established and market leading pub company who are now looking for an entrepreneurial and dynamic Area Mannager to drive their business forward in the South West. In addition to your superb people skills and multi-site management experience, we are ideally looking for someone with a background in the late night sector. Area Manager overview: Lead, develop and motivate your team to deliver the highest levels of customer service Grow sales and profits and exceed monthly targets Identify and develop new sales building and marketing ideas Area Manager criteria: A successful and proven track record of multi-site management in hospitality Have the flair and the ability to think outside the box and be a problem solver Well organised, results driven and financially and commercially astute An excellent communicator and strong team leader Driven, 'hands on’ and passionate about the hospitality sector Salary: £65K superb bonus and company benefits Location: South West
