Overview

Paul Carr Estate Agents are the largest independent estate agent in the West Midlands and have been established since 1980. Paul Carr Estate Agents have 19 networked sales and lettings branches and provide clients with 'every step of the way' service. This varied and interesting sales role offers a diverse range of duties and therefore, you should be self-motivated, well organised and able to work to deadlines. The role will include visiting clients in their home to take full particulars, including photos and floor plan along with associated paperwork. In addition, you will be required to undertaken accompanied viewings, liaise with potential clients and sell the benefits of selling with Paul Carr Estate Agents. Prospecting and supporting the branch manager as required, will also be a primary part of this position. Own car essential. Estate agency experience desirable. Working pattern: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm and one Saturday in three 9am to 3pm (some flexibility if required) Please apply with CV and covering letter. OTE £25,000 per annum
