Recruitment Consultant £22k to £40k OTE Depending on experience My client is looking for an exceptional new Permanent Recruitment Consultant This really is a fabulous opportunity for the right candidate who has the chance to grow an already successful desk. Must have recruitment experience within white-collar engineering/construction. Business Development - winning clients through strong relationship building Account Management and Development - looking after existing clients Conducting sales calls to existing and new clients Attending client visits Advertising roles, screening and shortlisting candidates Conducting full Candidate interviews Matching Candidates to suitable roles Managing the end of end Recruitment process Working to clear targets and tight deadlines Providing exceptional Customer Service to Candidate and Clients Who we are looking for?
