We are looking for someone who has leadership aspirations or existing ability, as we are rapidly growing and looking for Consultants who can manage our existing teams. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, initially you will be expected to bill working on warm – hot desks with the expectation of moving into management roles which will be down to performance.
