My client is offering the opportunity to work in an exciting and quirky business alongside dynamic and highly motivated individuals. The role of a Senior Sales Executive sits at the core of the Sales department, connected to all members of the team. The vital link between the sales department and the Front of House operations team. The role involves no cold calling or prospecting and instead is contacting warm leads and customers who have requested you to call to talk them through all products. You will be an expert in their field after going through full training with internal and external qualifications earned Based in their City Centre Office, the opportunity is Monday to Friday based on a full time and permanent basis. The main responsibilities of a Sales Executive are – Handling incoming enquiries, swift and effective response to calls, emails, enquiries and requests from the clients and other departments Outbound calls to customers who has requested a call to discuss our clients products Exploring with the customer through effective questioning to meet the client’s requirements and seek the best sales opportunities Work towards exceeding individual monthly KPI’s and sales targets by following the sales strategy Build and retain strong client relationships in order to drive repeat bookings and brand-new business Strong customer service and communication skills Participate in daily, weekly and monthly team meetings, enquiries/ bookings pipeline check-ins and offered training Participate and attend networking events such as familiarisation trips and exhibitions to enhance venue awareness, aiding generation or more business Meet and greets with exclusive hires on the evening of the events We are keen to hear from any Sales Executives, Sales Advisors, Senior Sales, Sales Representatives and Direct Sales Professionals If you believe you have what it takes, have experience in sales/ hospitality and would like to join my client on their journey of success, then please apply today
