The company is a leading Managed Services and Cloud platform provider specialising in business critical applications. The role is for a senior account manager to upsell and cross sell through a list of named accounts from SME to Enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate will have the following skills;- Intelligent, interesting, passionate, engaging, challenging, hungry, creative with a desire to learn and grow Background in Sales, Client Management or Commercial Management and capable of identifying & developing opportunities Natural inclination to work with people to find the right long term outcome rather than simply meet short term sales targets and commission plans Commercially and financially astute - you will be interested and understand how sales convert to revenue and profit and want to manage your portfolio of clients to each of these data points Articulate and structured and able to develop Engagement Plans which identify a clear account strategy and set of goals Demonstrable experience of managing C-level relationships Takes accountability for every aspect of the relationship with a client A broad understanding of the technology industry, industry trends and technologies Numerically versed and able to understand and articulate ROI Proven experience in creating compelling sales proposals The role offers a fantastic salary and benefits package, if you are interested in the role and want to know more please contact Thames 360 for a full job specification.
