Have the ability to create an exciting and inspiring environment for customers and team, using your visual merchandising skills and commercial awareness. Commercially drive sales, though analysing reports and reviewing floor layouts/merchandising. Develop, coach and train your store team, updating your succession planning You will come from experience and exposure to managing performance and holding formal HR meetings You will be a confident leader and a true brand ambassador, leading by example at all times. Able to manage external and internal relationships, spreading your time across dual site locations You will set the scene when it comes to store standards and take the spot-light when it comes running the floor and looking after our customers.
