We currently have a brand-new opportunity for an experienced Store Manager to join our team at the Costa Coffee store located in the Royal Surrey County Hospital, Guildford. As the Store Manager, your responsibility will be to ensure the success of a licensed Costa outlet at the Royal Surrey County Hospital . Ambitious and commercially aware, with the presence and personality to influence the day to day business, you'll maximise your performance as well as that of your team . Leading by example and setting high standards, you'll enhance sales and provide our customers with great service. The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidates will have previous experience within a management capacity within a branded coffee environment. You will have excellent knowledge and experience of Hygiene, Health & Safety and branded audits.
