Overview
Our Client is a fabulous, successful, small independant brokerage, based in Farnham. Job Description: The role will be part of a growing team in the Life Insurance Sales Department, The Retentions Executive, will be contacting all clients who have cancelled existing policies. The objective is to find a resolution through reinstating or finding a better suited policy that the client is happy with. Duties and Responsibilities Contacting customers by telephone on receipt of confirmation of cancellation Selling the benefits of all our products and services Providing quotes and arranging policies for customers over the phone in line with our Non-advised sales process and the customers’ demands and needs Maintaining client records ensuring total compliance with the Data Protection policy and regulatory requirements Learning and retaining detailed product knowledge Always be punctual and respectful of other employees Skills and Experience The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, passionate about sales and ensure that outstanding sales results are achieved on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. Experience as an either an outbound sales consultant or retention specialist, within the insurance sector.
